Kept crashing before during and after Phoenix Rock n Roll. Should have trusted the other reviews. Learn from my mistake and save yourself $3.00! Wheres my refund!?!

I purchased this app to track my husband during his marathon & all it did was crash. Horrible app! Dont purchase! I want a refund!!!

I downloaded the app just to track my friends during the race, and paid $2.99 to do so. I never was able to do that because the app crash closed within seconds of opening. I would like a refund. This was very frustrating and a complete waste of my money and time.

Crashed at the outset of race. Bought to track my wife in a marathon. Crashed the first time I tried to check and never worked the rest of the day. WASTE OF MONEY- DO NOT BUY! Should probably be a class action lawsuit over this app bc these people are STEALING MONEY.

Downloaded this app to follow friends running in the New Orleans half marathon. The app would not/will not open. You open it and it closes within 2 seconds. I did get 3 updates on the runners during the race, but I was notified they crossed the finish line 10 minutes after they finished. I hope they improve this.

I downloaded this app to follow friends in the New Orleans race. I paid $1.99 to enter three racers, and on the day of the race I wasnt texted and the app immediately crashed every time I opened it. I deserve a refund for an app that never worked.

Disappointed to see this app crashes your phone and doesnt actually load any relevant info.

I paid to follow my niece and nephew. The app crashed the whole time. I want my money back! I wouldnt even give this app one star if I could.

I bought this to track my wifes progress. Initially, it seemed cool, but I had to refresh the racers status manually. After 45 minutes, it started crashing to the point where it was useless. I rebooted, but that did not make a difference. I finally uninstalled and reinstalled the application, and that seemed to fix the problem. However, it does not allow you to add racers once the race has started, so at that point, the app became completely useless. Pretty cool concept, but horrible implementation.

I hope Rock n Roll is getting their money back from this developer. This app hurts their image!

Ive been trying to follow three peoples progress all morning but it just crashes constantly. Im requesting a refund for the in app purchase since the developer didnt deliver on their end of the transaction.

Wont even open during the event. Ill be putting in for a refund.

Stopped at half way thru marathon . No idea when he is finishing now

I am trying to track my kid who is running a marathon. This should be posted by the race event somewhere in big print. Why can’t you sign on after it starts?

This app was great, right up until the race started then all it did was crash. I had bought the tracking to keep track of my fiancé and after it kept crashing I tried to uninstall it and reinstall thinking that would help and my purchase was not refreshed.

I was excited to buy this app to follow my daughter running her first half marathon in Nashville, far from home. It seemed really cool and then I realized it doesnt actually follow the runners in real time, you have to continually refresh the screen. That was okay, but halfway through the marathon the app quit. I have tried to reboot I restarted my phone nothing works. What a total waste of my money. Dont get suckered in and waste yours. Its a shame the race promoters cannot get an app that functions properly.

My race (Nashville) isnt even listed on the app anymore! It disappeared yesterday, the day of the race conveniently enough, and still hasnt reappeared. Thanks, guys. Appreciate that! Dont even waste your time on this app, let alone your money.

I tried to follow two runners during the Nashville marathon. One was only updated through the halfway point which did not help us estimate his finish time. His pace changed so it was 37 minutes off (useless). The other had a last minute number change (per race officials) so the app could not track him (useless).
